ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a Cy-Falls senior athlete, trainer, or team manager UIL-sanctioned sports
-
Must participate in UIL-sanctioned sport

Minimum GPA of 4.0 (on 6.0 scale)

Applicants must request an official transcript from the Cy-Falls Registrar’s Office.
All applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 2, 2025.
A $6.00 fee is required when requesting a transcript.
